I made a little Christmas video because this time of year for everyone can be stressful for everyone … tempers run high and patience can run short — a perfect storm for verbal abuse in an endless number of family and shopping situations.

Here’s a poem parody of “A Visit from St. Nicholas” which was written by Mary C. Ginn … I think she really helps put things in perspective…
